Welcome to the Regional Medical Center at Memphis (The MED) Affiliate School Orientation Program. We are glad you have selected us as a clinical training site and hope your experience will be a positive influence on your students’ career in healthcare.
On our website, we have prepared an Online Computer Based Training Program for our affiliate school orientation. Our online application has been designed to include mandatory documents that must be completed and returned to Training and Development. Our confidentiality and required forms must be completed by faculty and students before starting clinical rotations. Please assure that you have reviewed this presentation with every student who will be attending clinical at The MED.
The following documentation should be returned no later than two (2) weeks prior to the students starting clinical.
- Student Requirements:
- Signed Confidentiality form
- BLS certification
- Proof of Negative PPD within the past year
- Faculty Requirements:
- Validation of Licensure
- BLS certification
- Health History
- Validation of Competency
- Syllabus and Objectives for each course
