Firegighters Regional Burn Center

Almost 100,000 Americans are hospitalized each year due to serious burns. Surgery, wound care, rehabilitation, and restorative medicine are available to adolescents (14 and up) and adults devastated by serious burns. At the Firefighters Regional Burn Center, located at The Regional Medical Center at Memphis (THE MED), we help burn victims return to normal, productive lives as quickly as possible.

Our full-service Burn Center:

  • Treats more than 300 patients annually
  • Is the only full-service Burn Center of its kind within a 150-mile radius of Memphis
  • Features 14 beds, an outpatient clinic, facilities for surgery, a rehabilitation center, a research division, and special cutting-edge burn care equipment
