Employee Volunteerism

Making The Difference

Aligning with our commitment to service, Regional Medical Center maintains an employee volunteer program, Difference Makers, to foster a culture of engagement and volunteerism within the organization that positively impacts the health and well-being of employees and the communities we serve. Difference Makers are afforded the opportunity to reach beyond our walls and into surrounding communities to help improve the quality of life and accessibility of healthcare of those we serve.

Through this volunteer program, Regional Medical Center promotes employee awareness and participation in volunteer opportunities that serve identified community needs and enhance quality of life for all citizens. We believe our Difference Makers are imperative to the well-being of our communities, benefit our community and employees, and perfectly align with our mission and vision. By working in collaboration with other entities through these volunteer efforts, we build leadership and develop goodwill among our employees, we help to create healthier communities, and we provide much needed services in our community. In addition to community volunteer opportunities, Regional Medical Center regularly supplies targeted opportunities for employees to engage in community benefit activities that support our outreach priorities.
