Flowers and Candy and Balloons, Oh My!

With a wide assortment of flowers, candy, balloons, special home décor items, children’s clothing and more, the Johnson Auxiliary gift shop is a convenient and affordable resource for family members looking for a way to bring cheer to a patient at The Regional Medical Center at Memphis (THE MED).

Free Blood Pressure Test

Detecting high blood pressure can lead to the discovery and treatment of serious medical conditions and save lives. That’s why Johnson Auxiliary volunteers conduct free blood pressure screenings every week.

The Johnson Auxiliary gift shop is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. To contact the gift shop, call (901) 545-7072.

Proceeds Benefit Those in Need

Founded in 1973, the auxiliary is a volunteer organization serving the patients, families, and employees of THE MED. All profits generated from gift shop sales benefit the hospital and people in need. The Johnson Auxiliary provides baby items for infants leaving the hospital and provides emergency assistance to patients through the Last Resort Fund. Money donated from gift shop profits are used to purchase life-saving equipment.
