All members of the general public and any individual who has a concern regarding patient safety or quality of care concern are encouraged to contact the hospital administration for resolution at: (901) 545-7928

All members of the general public and any individual have the right to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities directly if they have a patient safety or quality of care concern that the hospital has not addressed.
