Centers of Excellence Martin A. Croce, M.D. was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1957. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1979 and attended medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, graduating in 1983. In 1988, Dr. Croce completed his residency at UT and then continued his training with a Fellowship in Surgical Intensive Care at the University of Miami. He returned to the University of Tennessee at Memphis in 1989 as an Assistant Professor of Surgery and in 2000 and was promoted to Professor of Surgery as well as Chief of Trauma and Critical Care for the Department of Surgery. Dr. Croce has been involved in many research projects and clinical trials resulting in multiple publications. |
