Insurance, Billing and Payments

As a courtesy to our patients, we will happily file insurance claims. Payment is of course always the patient's responsibility in the event that insurance doesn’t cover all or part of a claim. Here are a few payment details to keep in mind:

If the patient’s insurance requires a co-payment and/or deductible, please be prepared to pay it at the time of service.
Self-paying patients must pay a deposit at the time of service and will be billed for the balance. The appointment scheduling staff can provide the amount of the deposit required.
There may be a separate bill for physician services.
Payments may be made with a personal check, Visa or MasterCard.
