ACA Health Plans

A new group of insurance plans that were enabled by the passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly called the Affordable Care Act (ACA) are now available in Tennessee.  Effective January 1, 2014, there are four insurance carriers offering new health insurance plans: Blue Cross, CIGNA, Community Health Alliance and Humana.

Regional Medical Center participates in all of these newly authorized health plans.  Enrolling in one of the new health plans allows you to use this insurance coverage for most of the services you received at the Regional Medical Center, including inpatient, outpatient and Health Loop sites*
