Grant Received to Provide Mammography Services

The Memphis-MidSouth Affiliate of Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure awarded Regional Medical Center a $115,000 grant for the Take Care, Be Aware Program. This project provides critical breast health services in the form of free breast cancer screenings, mammograms, follow-up care if needed, and early detection educational sessions for economically disadvantaged women.

To receive a mammogram, patients should ask their primary care provider to write an order for the mammography.  For those without a primary care provider, contact Natalie Steinfeld, Manager of Radiology Services, at 901.545.6855.
