The Patient Financial Services Department is available to assist patients with the financial aspect of the healthcare services received at Regional Medical Center.
The hospital verifies insurance and any out-of-pocket expenses to be collected at the time of service and then bills the insurance after the patient’s discharge. For individuals without insurance, we can also help patients determine eligibility for other assistance, such as Medicaid. The Business Office may contact patients after discharge to discuss methods of payment and establish payment arrangements. To speak to a Business Office representative, call 901.545.7651.
