PGY1 Residencies Outstanding Programs The Regional Medical Center at Memphis (The MED) offers outstanding PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Programs that are accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. The MED serves as a primary teaching site for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and College of Pharmacy, as well as serving as training for many other health care professionals. Applicants may apply to the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program or the PGY1-Ambulatory Pharmacy Residency Program. The applicant may also apply to both programs. Both programs are one-year, full-time post-graduate experiences. Application to the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program requires the following by January 15:
