Services Regional Medical Center at Memphis is an acute care teaching hospital that serves 150-mile radius around Memphis, Tennessee that includes portions of six states. Commonly known as The MED, the complex consists of approximately 335 inpatient beds and an outpatient ambulatory care facility with over 50 areas of specialty. The MED is part of an Integrated Delivery System (IDS) with 10 primary care outpatient clinics located throughout the community. Areas of specialty include trauma, burn, wound, high-risk OB, neonatal intensive care unit, sickle cell, HIV/AIDS, and bariatrics. |
