Adult Special Care

Through Ryan White funding at the Adult Special Care Center, HIV-positive patients seek treatment knowing they will receive the highest standard of care. Individualized treatment is available to address medical care, mental healthcare, nutritional and psychosocial needs. Patients are provided guidance on how best to access information about the latest HIV-related research, as well as information about HIV-related community events, support groups, and networking opportunities.

The Adult Special Care Center offers:

  • Primary and specialty medical care
  • Nephrology care
  • Mental health care
  • Clinical pharmacy consultation services and medication adherence counseling
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Medical case management, including referrals to other agencies providing HIV-related services, and assessing eligibility for and enrollment in Ryan White programs
